The standard steel pallet is designed with four-way forklift access, allowing forklifts and pallet trucks to operate from any direction, improving logistics efficiency and ease of handling.
High Load Capacity, Impact-Resistant & Deformation-Free:
The stamped reinforcing ribs combined with a grid structure provide strong overall rigidity. It supports 3–4 layers of full-load static stacking and withstands dynamic impacts during forklift operations, effectively preventing deformation or collapse.
Anti-Slip & Drainage Design, Easy Maintenance:
The surface features anti-slip patterns or raised dots to increase friction and prevent slipping during handling. Built-in drainage holes allow quick water discharge during outdoor storage, avoiding corrosion, water accumulation, and bacterial growth.
Modular & Replaceable, Cost-Effective:
The pallet and steel frame are assembled with high-strength grade 8.8 bolts. If the pallet is partially damaged, it can be replaced separately without discarding the entire IBC tank, reducing maintenance and operating costs.
