Features
Detachable Design: This is the most distinctive feature of the frame tie rod. It is typically fixed to both sides of the frame with nuts or quick-release clamps. When replacing the inner container or cleaning the IBC tank, the tie rod can be loosened to easily remove the top grid and take out the inner container.
High Tensile Strength: As the "crossbeam" at the top of the frame, it must withstand outward tension forces. It offers high tensile strength to prevent deformation of the tank during full-load stacking.
Auxiliary Fixing Function: Some designs include reserved holes or brackets on the tie rod for securing the top lid (such as a breather cap) or installing lifting devices.
